Russell Roof Tiles supplied Lovell Partnerships with 40,000 Polden tiles in Anthracite for an affordable housing project in Scotland. It is a thinner leading edge interlocking roof tile which has the appearance of a slate when laid broken bonded.
The Polden is available in three different colours and is unique in that it offers the benefits of greater strength, with the bonus of having a similar appearance to that of a slate roof.
Result
Russell Roof Tiles were specified for the 50 new affordable houses. The new development at Claish Farm contains a mixture of bungalows and 2, 3 and 4 bedroomed houses.
