Background
Wain Homes secured a £36m deal for a 55-acre development at Harry Stoke, located seven miles north-east of Bristol.
The scheme includes the construction of a new school, extensive play and recreational facilities, and public open countryside, alongside a mix of homes available for affordable rent, shared ownership, and private purchase.
The first phase delivered 150 homes, comprising 116 for private sale, nine for shared ownership, and 25 for affordable rent through a registered housing provider.
For the ambitious first phase of the Mulgrove Farm Village development, Wain Homes required a dependable and long-lasting roofing solution for this key package of works, aligning with its commitment to delivering high-quality homes.
Russell Roof Tiles’ long-standing partnership with Wain Homes gave the developer full confidence in the manufacturer’s ability to reliably support the project from start to finish throughout the build programme. Grampian tiles were supplied in Slate Grey, making them an ideal fit for the large-scale private housing scheme. The tiles offer a durable, adaptable solution suited to a broad variety of architectural styles.
