Challenge
House building in the South West is set to continue for the foreseeable future, to the extent that new towns are being founded. Redrow has 212 plots on this site.
Solution
The Highland was chosen in the Cottage Red colour. The tile with a mock bond was used to combine the traditional appearance of small format clay with the security and ease of an interlocking tile.
Result
Russell’s tiles and dry fix systems were specified on 212 new build homes on this project and will also be used on many others both in the South West and nationally.
