Challenge
The Copeland Park scheme has now seen 1,000 one, two and three-bedroom houses built. Developers Bovis Homes needed a tile that would be sympathetic to the natural surrounds.

The Moray tiles when laid broken bonded gives the appearance of natural stone tiles while also providing the benefits of a concrete tile including consistency and longevity, minimising the life time costs of the roof once installed. Developers Bovis Homes chose the Natural Range tiles for their strength, sustainability and appearance closely reflects the local indigenous stone roofs used in the area

Result
