We were thrilled to meet all the young talent at a recent Jobs Fair at Nottingham’s Motorpoint Arena. Organised by the leading recruitment event provider The Job Fair it was our first time participating. As the only Job Fair in the East Midlands and with an average footfall of 350-800 candidates it was an excellent event to get involved in. Our stand provided us the chance to tap into the next generation of construction leaders and to showcase manufacturing as a viable career.
Otto Mathieson, Maintenance Manager, and Nikki Rowbotham, HR Manager, represented us at the fair. The team spoke to a huge range of job seekers. Candidates were interested in a range of career options including Ops / Production, Maintenance, Sales, HR, IT, Marketing, Customer Service and Project Management. This was excellent to hear, as there are a number of exciting roles we hope to fill at our Burton-On-Trent site.
Given the potential of those in attendance, we are sure we’ll be seeing some fantastic new employees very soon.
