The project, aimed at enhancing the clubhouse’s infrastructure and ensuring its long-term durability, now features Russell Roof Tiles Grampian tiles in its elegant slate grey colour, making it once again an inviting space for members and guests to congregate after a day on the course.
Rochdale Golf Club, (in Rochdale, Lancashire) was established in 1888 and is a prominent landmark in the local community and a popular destination for golf enthusiasts.
The clubhouse, situated on the 100-year-old grounds of the 18-hole golf course, was in desperate need of repairs, having had issues with a leaky roof after using products from a range of suppliers to try and patch up the holes.
Russell Roof Tiles, which supplies to premier builders and developers across the UK, was specified for the re-roofing project due to the quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal of its tiles.
The six-week roofing project was carried out by local roofing contractor, MW Roofing Ltd, who are known for their craftsmanship and ensured the roof had a flawless finish. The new concrete tiles complement the architectural charm the clubhouse is proudly known for.
